Phantom Cosmology with Non-minimally Coupled Real Scalar Field

چکیده
We find that the expansion of the universe is accelerating by analyzing the recent observation data of type Ia supernova(SN-Ia) .It indicates that the equation of state of the dark energy might be smaller than -1,which leads to the introduction of phantom models featured by its negative kinetic energy to account for the regime of equation of state parameter w < −1.In this paper the possibility of using a nonminimally coupled real scalar field as phantom to realize the equation of state parameter w < −1 is discussed. The main equations which govern the evolution of the universe are obtained. Then we rewrite them with the observable quantities.

Coupled oscillators as models of phantom and scalar field cosmologies
We study a toy model for phantom cosmology recently introduced in the literature and consisting of two oscillators, one of which carries negative kinetic energy. The results are compared with the exact phase space picture obtained for similar dynamical systems describing, respectively, a massive canonical scalar field conformally coupled to the spacetime curvature, and a conformally coupled mas...
متن کاملA Lorentz Invariance Violating Cosmology on the DGP Brane
We study cosmological implications of a Lorentz invariance violating DGPinspired braneworld scenario. A minimally coupled scalar field and a single, fixednorm, Lorentz-violating timelike vector field within an interactive picture provide a wide parameter space which accounts for late-time acceleration and transition to phantom phase of the scalar field. متن کاملLate-time acceleration and Phantom Divide Line Crossing with Non-minimal Coupling and Lorentz Invariance Violation
We consider two alternative dark energy models: a Lorentz invariance preserving model with a nonminimally coupled scalar field and a Lorentz invariance violating model with a minimally coupled scalar field. We study accelerated expansion and dynamics of equation of state parameter in these scenarios. While a minimally coupled scalar field has not the capability to be a successful dark energy ca...
متن کاملTopological inflation induced by a non-minimally coupled massive scalar field
We reanalyze cosmology of a non-minimally coupled massive scalar field which was originally discussed by Futamase and Maeda in the context of chaotic inflation scenario. We find a new type of inflationary solution where inflation occurs inside a domain wall. This new solution relaxes constraints on the coupling constant for successful inflation.

Pauli (or Einstein) frame is used to study the Brans-Dicke gravity theory, minimally coupled with dilatonic Brans-Dicke scalar field, whose solutions involve degenerate metrics. Some of these solutions exhibit transitions from an Euclidean domain to a Lorentzian space-time corresponding to a spatially flat Robertson-Walker cosmology.
